What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the implementation of quality objectives aligned with Sector SHEQ and SRAP contract priorities
- Strengthen and maintain high-performing quality and document management systems
- Lead, inspire and engage the Quality Team to meet and exceed project requirements
- Translate client specifications into clear QA/QC deliverables and ensure they’re met flawlessly
- Own project quality plans and act as the go-to quality expert for client interactions
- Plan, conduct and oversee audits that genuinely add value and build continuous improvement
- Manage quality registers, NCRs, corrective actions and compliance reporting with precision
- Deliver insightful performance reporting and conduct quality-focused site inspections
- Shape and enhance the contract-wide document control framework
- Coach and mentor quality and document control professionals, elevating our collective QMS capability
What You Bring
- Degree in engineering, construction, quality management or related field
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor + White Card
- Extensive experience in infrastructure, construction or specialist services
- Strong skills with TeamBinder/SharePoint
- Excellent influencer with proven training, coaching and leadership ability
- Highly organised with exceptional communication and time management
- Confident stakeholder engagement and clear compliance reinforcement
- Familiar with TfNSW specs and experienced in contracting
- Detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
