The Opportunity
Become part of the Sydney Roads and Asset Performance portfolio. In this role, you will support the Estimator in pricing projects and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions for Transport for NSW (TfNSW), as well as third-party clients.
This position is ideally suited to someone with experience in a similar role or a junior estimator looking to develop their career. The role is permanent full-time based at our Arndell Park office, with onsite parking available. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across all aspects of the Transport for NSW contract and build valuable industry experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate and compile tender submissions for TfNSW and third-party clients
- Manage RFT documentation, including distribution, filing, and SharePoint storage
- Coordinate internal approvals through CMT/CLT and Ventia governance processes
- Organise tender meetings and support RFQs for subcontractors and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams across Commercial, Project Delivery, Planning, and Asset Management
- Maintain Special Projects and tender-related registers
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Estimator
Could you be our Tender Coordinator?
- Proven experience in a similar role, or as a Junior Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
- Demonstrated capability in preparing bid proposals and tender submissions
- A relevant qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (highly regarded)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Project
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of motivation
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills
