About the role
Ventia is seeking a qualified Site Maintenance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure te efficient operation of equipment and facilities
- Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) are highly advantageous
- 8+ years’ experience
- Strong skills in project management, HVAC systems, and electrical troubleshooting
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
