- Salary: $129,464 - $142,665 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Procurement Business Partner will provide strategic advice on all aspects of procurement, comprising policies, systems, and sourcing strategies, to deliver strong procurement outcomes. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing decision-making, improving processes, and making a real impact across the organisation.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing procurement strategies, strengthening procurement capability and driving high-quality outcomes across the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and capability building to Multicultural NSW staff on all aspects of procurement, across NSW Government policies, procedures, systems and strategies.
- Partnering with business areas to deliver innovative procurement strategies, including the planning and implementation of procurement approaches for goods and services that meet specific needs, manage risk and maximise value for money.
- Developing procurement policies, systems and standards to support business needs, reduce risk and maintain full legislative and regulatory compliance.
Being part of the Multicultural NSW, People and Corporate division, you will be part of a team that focuses on customer satisfaction and organisational governance. Our division works together to support all corporate functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology and Procurement services to Multicultural NSW staff members.
What we’re looking for
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the NSW Government’s Procurement Policy Framework, and/or best practice procurement policies.
- Relevant work experience in procurement, administration, legal, finance, project management or any related area.
