In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Training Coordinator based either in WA, VIC or NSW.

About the role
Based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth this role will see you providing training, coordination and administration support the training team within the defence base services contract.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Contributing to the development of an annual training schedule that meets identified training needs and longer-term strategic learning and engagement plans ensuring the contracts to training commitment compliance.
- Co-ordinating the successful planning and execution of learning and development programs and initiatives.
- Supporting the Managers by providing proactive, strategic input in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Ensure content across learning systems (e.g., Learning platforms, Learning and Development SharePoint page) is consistently maintained and accurate.
About you:
- Relevant entry level qualification in business administration, training or similar/ equivalent experience.
- Practical knowledge of contemporary and progressive Learning and Organisational Development practices.
- Power BI or other data-system training is desirable but not essential
- Experience in planning, developing, implementing administrative processes and skills.
- Experience in guiding, supporting and influencing stakeholders in relation to training programs.
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
