About the role
Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking multiple enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Attendants to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards at Robertson Barracks - Holtze, and your role will include:
- Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
- Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
- Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You
- 1+ years' experience in hospitality & catering
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Advantageous)
- Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
- Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
