Ventia Camp Attendants play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home for our field based workforce. These roles are highly autonomous and work within a close knit camp team, reporting directly to the Camp Manager.
This role is not just about cleaning rooms and communal areas, you will also provide exceptional customer service, support your team where required and help ensure smooth day to day camp operations.
This is an even time 2:2 roster (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off), offering an exceptional work/life balance while earning a full time wage. The point of hire is Toowoomba, travel to and from Toowoomba is at your own expense. All travel arranged to site from Toowoomba + accommodation if needed
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- The ability to work autonomously with strong time management and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
- A current manual driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as walking long distances, lifting, bending, and stretching
- The ability to work away from home for extended periods in remote locations and harsh weather conditions
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- FIFO or remote camp experience is highly regarded but not essential
