About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking leader to step into the role of Manager – Billing Services & Solutions. This is a high‑impact position responsible for leading a large processing centre and shaping the future of customer billing across Western Australia.
You’ll lead large teams, drive process improvement, and champion transformation across a critical customer‑facing function. If you’re energised by leading people, improving systems, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading service delivery teams responsible for accurate customer records, property ratings, and billing
- Managing and evolving water loss prevention and leak assistance programs, supporting positive customer and waterwise outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations across billing operations
- Collaborating across the business and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Driving change at scale to modernise systems, processes, and customer experience
- Leading and developing large direct and indirect teams, fostering a high‑performance and people‑focused culture. Driving performance through clear KPIs, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Championing innovation to streamline operations and deliver better customer outcomes
About You
You’re a strategic and influential leader with experience managing large, complex operational environments. You excel at building capability in teams, driving performance, and leading people through change.
You’ll also bring:
• A degree in finance, business, or a relevant discipline
• Strong leadership experience—coaching, mentoring, and developing others
• Confidence and composure in fast‑paced, evolving environments
• A customer‑centric approach grounded in operational excellence
• A passion for improving processes and delivering value
