About the role
We are building a cyber solutions team capable of understanding opportunities as diverse as our clients are. We are looking for people who thrive in a collaborative environment, bring curiosity and have a passion for understanding the world of our customers and their opportunities.
As a key member of the team, you will work as a trusted advisor both internally and with our customers, contributing to large or complex programs and solutions end-to-end – covering pre-sales, design, transition, implementation, and ongoing advice. You will develop and apply creative solutions across business, risk, delivery, and technology, making sure we continually strive for the right solution and best possible customer experience.

Successful candidates will possess:
- A natural problem-solver and intellectually curious across a breadth of industries and topics
- Ability to influence and communicate technical concepts to senior leaders with clarity
- Demonstrated experience in complex solution design and enterprise-scale problem solving, leveraging patterns and principles for consistency and clarity
- Able to work collaboratively with and through others, applying your skills flexibly to a high standard
- An interest in solving complex problems by collaborating effectively and building scalable and creative solutions High emotional intelligence, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, connection, and assertiveness, responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner
- Self-driven, independent and autonomous judgment
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of industry experience in one of the following areas: Cyber, technology, professional services, managed services, technical design, or public sector
- Familiarity with risk management practices, and the impact of cyber security controls on business outcomes
- Experience developing policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, with an in-depth understanding of their implementation
- An understanding of cyber security, cloud security architecture, and extensive framework experience (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ISM, PSPF, PCI DSS, CIS)
