The Opportunity
Become part of the Sydney Roads and Asset Performance portfolio. In this role, you will support the Estimator in pricing projects and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions for Transport for NSW (TfNSW), as well as third-party clients.
This position is ideally suited to someone with solid experience in a similar role. The role is permanent full-time based at our Arndell Park office, with onsite parking available. It offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across all aspects of the Transport for NSW contract and build valuable industry experience.

Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and compile submissions to clients (TfNSW and third parties).
- Download, distribute, and manage RFT packages.
- Facilitate internal approvals and tender coordination meetings.
- Track tender outcomes and report on success rates and key metrics.
- Assist with RFQs for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure consistent application of Ventia commercial policies.
- Contribute to performance and development review processes.
- Collaborate with commercial, project delivery, planning, development, and asset management teams.
- Maintain organised tender files in SharePoint.
- Keep Special Projects and other registers up to date.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Solid experience in tender, bid, proposal, or commercial coordination.
- Business case preparation and construction/government tender experience (desirable).
- Strong project coordination, organisation, and document control skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel capability.
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Current C Class driver’s licence.
