About the role
We are seeking a permanent Coordinator – Platform Support to join our Information Technology Services team in Leederville.
In this role, you will provide essential coordination, analysis, and reporting to support effective IT delivery and operations across our ERP and Corporate Systems platforms. You will work closely with the platform team to deliver reliable, value-driven technology services, maintain high quality documentation, and ensure accurate reporting across the platform.

What the role involves:
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate platform activities, resources, equipment and information to support IT delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and reporting that reflects progress, risks, and performance.
- Provide procurement and contract administration support, including payment claims and documentation management.
- Manage information across the platform, ensuring accuracy, control, access and compliance with required standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery partners and internal teams to support efficient and well governed IT delivery.
Key skills and experience:
To be successful, you will bring:
- Qualifications or demonstrated experience (degree, diploma, or lived experience) in IT delivery, coordination, platform support, project management, or analytical services.
- Strong capability in IT delivery tools including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft suite, and financial systems.
- Understanding of analysis, document management, reporting, and delivery governance principles.
- Well-developed communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
- Experience in planning, contract administration, agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban delivery models. Certifications such as SAFe, PMP or PRINCE2 will be highly regarded.
