Experienced Project Supervisor required to support the delivery of project and maintenance works across the Transurban network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of additional services, major and minor repairs, and project works across motorways and tunnels.

This role is predominantly (90%) working nights 10-hour shifts (Monday to Thursday 7pm to 5am). You must hold a full electrical licence.

About the Role
Play a key role in supervising day and night works supporting planning and scoping activities, and ensuring the delivery of works aligns with safety, quality, time, and cost expectations. You will build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors (including overseeing them, managing interface risks and ensuring consistency in delivery) and internal stakeholders while ensuring project controls, reporting and systems (including Maximo) are maintained to a high standard.
You will be a visible safety leader with the capability to make informed decisions, take corrective action, and drive positive outcomes across the network including completing risk and SWMS reviews, audits and inspections and incident investigations (ICAM).
You will implement strong project controls, mobilisation processes and accurate data capture, ensuring all project documentation, reporting, timesheets and claims are accurate and submitted on time.
Required Skills and Experience
It is imperative that you have experience supervising maintenance, construction or projects works in road, tunnel or similar environments and familiarity with whole of life asset management principles.
Ideally you will have project management experience as this role will offer career progression into this field.
- Full QLD Electrical licence + CPR LVR

- Proven subcontractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisive, risk aware decisions
- Strong reporting, communication and problem-solving abilities
