About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Specialist Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management team. As an experienced Superintendent's Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing engineering and works contacts associated with the creation of new infrastructure assets.
You will play a key role in strengthening and enhancing our contract management capability. You’ll also provide advice on the constructability of projects and will assist with the development of contracting strategies, tender assessments and the contract award process. Based in Leederville, this role will be reporting to our Manager Contracts Administration.

About you
You’ll be commercially aware with demonstrated significant experience in managing large scale works contracts, your understanding of the AS4000 suite of contracts together with great negotiation and leadership skills will be the keys to your success. A superior communicator, you’ll be confident in your ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
You’ll also provide visible leadership, direction, communication & support to all team members & ensure a constant focus on the provision of 'value adding' support services. We would require a tertiary or degree level qualification in engineering, project management or a relevant discipline, and substantial experience in the asset creation process including tendering, contract management and quality assurance.
