Ventia delivers the operational and preventative maintenance services on site and we’re offering long term stability and secure ongoing work.
We’re currently seeking a Qualified Maintenance Electrician or a motivated 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join us on site maintenance team. This role involves hands on maintenance, fault finding, testing, and exposure to large scale plant systems deal for electricians looking for stability or apprentices preparing for qualification.
This is a full time opportunity on a condensed roster of 4 days on, 3 days off, supporting a strong work life balance.

- Qualified Electricians: $58.56 per hour

About You
For Qualified Electricians:
- Current Electrical Licence
- Experience in industrial or heavy maintenance environments
- Fault finding, testing, and preventative maintenance capability
For 4th Year Apprentices:
- Currently completing your 4th Year Electrical Apprenticeship
- Strong interest in industrial maintenance
- Eagerness to learn and transition into a qualified role
For All Applicants:
- Driver’s Licence
- Basic control systems and PLC knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Strong safety focus and ability to work in a regulated environment
Highly regarded (or willingness to obtain):
- EEHA exposure or hazardous area experience
- Confined Space
- Working at Heights / EWP
- First Aid
