The Opportunity
Ventia are hiring a Vendor Support Coordinator to join our Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) team based in Adelaide.
In this role, you will coordinate vendor and subcontractor onboarding, compliance, training and ongoing lifecycle activities, acting as a key point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. You will play an important role in supporting safe, compliant and effective service delivery across the AGFMA contract.
The AGFMA contract delivers facilities management services across more than 5,000 South Australian Government‑owned sites for 48 agencies, partnering with local small to medium enterprises to support the South Australian community.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor and subcontractor prequalification, onboarding and lifecycle management processes, including risk and compliance assessments.
- Create, maintain and audit vendor and subcontractor records across Rapid Global, SharePoint and SAP.
- Monitor and continuously improve compliance and training outcomes for subcontractors and inductees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor and subcontractor enquiries, troubleshooting and system support.
- Support internal stakeholders through guidance, SOP development, communications and engagement activities.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while promoting Ventia’s SHEQ standards and safety‑first culture.
About You
- Experience in vendor, subcontractor or contractor management, including onboarding, compliance or lifecycle support.
- Working knowledge of Rapid Global and experience using Freshdesk or similar ticketing/workflow systems (highly regarded).
- Experience using SAP (ECC) and maintaining accurate data across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated data analysis, system administration and reporting capability.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with vendors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative and committed to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
