You will utilise established systems and communication tools to provide information, conduct introductory conversations, and support applicants through a structured process. This opportunity offers flexible remote work with access to onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective applicants through professional online communication
• Conduct introductory conversations via phone and Zoom
• Share information regarding online education and leadership development programs
• Utilise digital systems for communication, follow-up, and organisation
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions
• Manage your own workflow and schedule independently
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and organised approach to remote work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Interest in leadership, education, and professional development
• Previous experience in consulting, leadership, education, coaching, sales, HR, or business development is advantageous
