About the role
As the Assets Integration Team Lead, you will play a critical role in connecting operational needs with asset planning and investment decisions. Acting as the voice of operations, you’ll ensure new and existing infrastructure is safe, fit for purpose, and ready for operation, while helping manage risk and support long‑term service delivery outcomes across the business.
Leading a team, you’ll work closely with operations, planners, and project teams to oversee asset readiness, capital programs, and minor works prioritisation. You’ll monitor performance, support risk‑based decision‑making, and drive continuous improvement to ensure assets are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and in line with organisational priorities.

What you can expect with this role
- Acting as the voice of operations in asset and capital investment decisions
- Managing operational asset risk and supporting risk‑based prioritisation of work
- Ensuring new and upgraded assets are operationally ready and fit for purpose
- Overseeing capital and minor works deliverables, including documentation and training
- Leading and supporting a team to deliver agreed operational and business outcomes
- Working closely with stakeholders to improve asset performance and service delivery
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- You hold a relevant degree and have substantial experience in asset, operations, or infrastructure roles
- You bring strong leadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop, and support teams
- You have proven experience translating asset strategies into practical operational outcomes
- You are confident managing risk and contributing to informed capital and operational decisions
- You build effective relationships and communicate clearly with diverse internal stakeholders
- You are proactive, outcomes‑focused, and committed to continuous improvement and safety
- You Bring a strong cultural and people focus to the team
