Ventia is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the NSW/ACT Project Management Office in the successful delivery of telecommunications projects. You will provide administrative support across project planning and execution, coordinate schedules and resources, track project progress, manage material logistics, and ensure SHEQ requirements are met. You will play a key role in keeping project teams and stakeholders aligned at every stage of delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide end-to-end project administration support, including documentation, meeting minutes, and coordination of CSA’s and PCA’s
- Coordinate material procurement and logistics to support efficient project delivery
- Manage subcontractor compliance requirements, including VISRES and STOW processes
- Administer CRQ ticketing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion
- Oversee site access coordination, including permits, approvals, and stakeholder liaison
- Maintain operational controls including vehicle management and equipment/tool registers
