Find your Further with Ventia with this opportunity to step into a Maintenance Planner role (Defence - Amberley).
In this role you will support the Senior Regional Planner in delivering effective, efficient, and best practice maintenance planning and scheduling. You will play a key part in coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring progress and supporting operational performance across the contract.
You must be an Australia Citizen due to Defence Clearance requirements.

About the Role
You are responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, recording plans in mandated systems including managing work orders and materials ensuring the availability of parts, materials and timelines to support delivery.
You will work closely with schedulers and technical supervisors to resolve planning issues and liaise regularly with all stakeholders and site teams to ensure required outcomes are achieved.
It is understood that you will identify non-conformances and continuously look for operational improvements and enhancements ensuring compliance with risk, safety, quality and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
You are highly organised, self-driven, proactive with strong problem solving and analytical skills enabling you to work autonomously while being part of a bigger team.
- Electrical or mechanical trade certificate
- Experience in planning and scheduling in a complex maintenance environment
- Experience coordinating parts, materials and resources
- Strong customer services and stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
