Key Accountabilities
- Map end-to-end operational processes across Tuatahi, Telstra, and FMDC, covering CM, PM, and RM maintenance workflows.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and field observations to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and system constraints.
- Build strong relationships with field, planning, supervisory, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions reflect real-world practice.
- Document current-state processes, data flows, reporting structures, and work order lifecycles.
- Identify inefficiencies, manual workarounds, integration gaps, and data quality issues.
- Design simplified, standardised future-state workflows with opportunities for automation and system alignment.
- Translate operational requirements into functional and system configuration specifications.
- Develop future-state operating models, solution designs, and phased uplift roadmaps.
- Support configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption of digital tools and operational systems.
- Lead design and rollout of the Ventia Field Toolkit, including uplift of Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Improve usability and integration of field systems, reducing process fragmentation.
- Partner with Change and Training teams to support capability uplift, training, and behavioural change.
- Define reporting requirements and align them to data sources, ETL processes, and system dependencies.
- Improve data capture, integrity, and reporting quality across operational systems.
- Establish feedback loops with field teams and stakeholders to enable continuous improvement.
- Track benefits realisation, including efficiency gains, improved visibility, and compliance outcomes.
About You
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Experience in process analysis, data analysis, and data modelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (flows), and process automation tools.
- Experience with BPMN-based business process mapping tools.
- Experience using Novus is highly regarded.
- Six Sigma certification or experience is an advantage.
- Power BI experience desirable.
