About the role
Join our dynamic People, Safety & Culture team as our People Systems & Analytics Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our people systems and data analytics. This exciting hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
This position requires a well-developed analytical skillset with high level HRIS systems knowledge, understanding of the business process and how systems work within this process. You will be delivering on the day to organisational goals for effective people systems and analytics strategies for the Ventia organisation and our diverse contracts.
Reporting to our General Manager of Organisational Effectiveness this opportunity will have direct impact on business People and Culture strategies that enhance our employee experience company wide.
This position offers hybrid working with time in our beautiful North Sydney corporate head office and work from home.
Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive people systems strategy aligned with business objectives and drive a positive employee experience through data-driven initiatives.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise, and implement initiatives that leverage technology and data insights to enhance the employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Lead a team of system and data analytics professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of core HRIS (SuccessFactors) modules ensuring that employees and leaders have easy access to and can effectively utilise these tools to streamline people initiatives and enhance productivity.
- Provide data-driven people insights to senior leadership, business stakeholders, and teams, enabling informed decision-making that supports the Company's strategic goals and people-related initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging systems and data analytics trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the Company's people systems and data analytics capabilities.

- Excellent experience in HRIS SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record of success in leading and implementing HRIS strategies and data-driven initiatives.
- Experience with a variety of HRIS and data analytics tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date on the latest HRIS and data analytics trends.
