We’re currently seeking experienced Technical Scoping Specialists to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. As a Technical Scoping Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades across Western Australia. This hands-on position involves scoping and planning field work to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of distribution network projects. You’ll work across both metro and regional areas, contributing to network resilience and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned scoping activities for customer-driven projects across both Metro and Regional Western Australi
- Assist the project planning team by performing on-site inspections of existing infrastructure to inform design and delivery
- Liaise directly with customers to ensure their power projects are delivered smoothly and meet expectations
- Contribute to project resourcing strategies by helping develop effective delivery plans
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and field crews to ensure successful project outcomes
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all field operations

What we’re looking for:
- We’re seeking skilled and safety-focused Technical Scopers who bring experience, qualifications, and a great attitude to the team, as well as:
- Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems Distribution, or an equivalent qualification — alternatively, proven industry experience will be considere
- Solid experience in the electrical industry, including exposure to both overhead and underground projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- A current and valid driver’s licence
