About the Role
Ventia’s Innovation & Transformation team seeks a Projects & Innovation Coordinator to support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic objectives, with a key focus on fostering innovation.
Reporting to the Plant Manager. The Projects & Innovation Coordinator will champion a culture of curiosity and collaboration across Plant, Group supply Chain and beyond.
Other Role Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery on time and to meet deliverables
- Incorporate effective change management approaches
- Deliver stakeholder engagement strategies
- Support Plant optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Ventia sustainability initiatives
- Review and track technology roadmap
- Support implementation of ongoing innovation framework
- Support the Plant Operations team to build a strong, relevant Projects & Innovation approach with a collaborative, customer-centric, innovative culture, and capabilities to support the Group and Sectors as we Redefine Service Excellence.
About You

- Ability to think analytically and critically
- Demonstrate driven and organisation skills with a focus on problem resolution
- Proactive approach to sourcing solutions
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at multiple levels
- Ability to develop solutions independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
- Experience with Microsoft suite (including Planner and Teams)
- Asset and Finance functions of major ERP systems (e.g. SAP) (desirable)
- Inquisitive to trial and implement new tools and technology
