- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and governance requirements.
- Working with the broader leadership team to ensure appropriate succession and continuity planning for critical operational roles.
- Contributing to ongoing improvement in safety, quality, cost and program performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Domestic Building Practitioner (Victoria) with strong property maintenance and operations credibility.
- Senior operational leadership experience within complex or high-volume building or maintenance environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a diverse workforce, including internal teams and subcontractors.
- A practical, outcomes-focused mindset with the ability to maintain consistent involvement over the life of a long-term contract.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage constructively on performance, risk and delivery challenges.
- Must be based in Victoria and able to maintain residency for the duration of the engagement.
- Willingness to step into a Director role within the business as part of this appointment.
