About the role
Reporting to the Project Support Systems Manager, the primary purpose of the position will be to lead the Project Services Support team, manage the workflow and accuracy of data between Telstra’s PACA System, CIMS and Novus by providing the timely flow of data. Ensuring 100% KPI’s on date compliance with client targets. Manage, maintain, and update the status report for current work orders through life cycle to practical completion.
The role duties include, and are not limited to:
- Manage end to end administration of design and construction work orders from initiation through to practical completion.
- Maintain accurate and up to date project status reports, tracking progress, submissions, approvals, rejections, and completions.
- Proactively monitor, follow up, and resolve approaching or overdue work orders, approvals, and sign offs to meet agreed delivery timeframes.
- Process the design and construction data between Telstra’s system PACA and internal CIMS system.
- Procure TIM (Telstra Issued Materials) project materials through the PACA client system
- Ensure notifications, design and construction documents to and from the client are relayed timely and efficiently.
- Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies.
- Identify issues with CIMS database to report back through to System Programmer. Assist in testing & resolving issues.
About you:
You are an organised and proactive with leadership capability and a high attention to detail. You have proven experience managing end to end project administration within design and construction environments and thrive in roles that require accuracy, accountability, and meeting strict client KPIs.
You are solution focused with strong leadership and team coordination skills.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to guide teams, prioritise workloads, and deliver high quality outcomes in a transactional, deadline driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with proven capability in transaction processing, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system compliance.
- Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, tracking, and reconciliation to support operational and management reporting.
