About The Role
Ventia’s Digital Services team require a Business Applications Support Lead based at our offices in Cremorne, Victoria.
Reporting to the Head of Business Applications, the Business Applications Support lead will play an important role in driving digital support for SaaS and Business Applications used across all sectors in Ventia, provide critical support to audit activities, licensing renewals and working with support partners.
Other responsibilities include:
- Work with SaaS Application Vendors on operational priorities for Ventia, this includes setting up of new instances, renewals and working on operational issues.
- Lead audit remediation tasks with SaaS vendors to make the solution compliant with Ventia Security Standards.
- Partner with Digital Services and Project leaders to identify opportunities for SaaS Application efficiencies and support activities for BEPs.
- Engage with Business Leads on SaaS Application support tasks and concerns
- Ensure Business Applications support is monitored to maintain service delivery for Ventia.
- Support Head of Business Applications with vendor application tasks and service delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs with support partners (DXC to name one)
About You
The successful applicant will have experience working in a similar role, ideally with a Degree in IT or Systems management accompanied by:
- Experience in SaaS Applications management
- Proven understanding of Digital Support Processes and Change Management in a digital environment
- Strong understanding of Cloud environment and SaaS applications
- Stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and delivery capability
