Planning Administrator

Ventia's Western Power contract continues to grow—and so does our team. We're currently seeking an experienced Planning Administrator to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA.
Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and operational delivery teams, you'll play a key role in coordinating planned works, tracking project activities and supporting the successful delivery of maintenance and infrastructure projects across the Western Power network.

What Will Help You Succeed
We're looking for an organised and proactive Planning Administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, building strong relationships and helping projects run smoothly.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, project coordination or project administration role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience using work management, scheduling or project systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in utilities, infrastructure, construction or maintenance environments will be highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned work programs to support the successful delivery of maintenance and infrastructure projects
- Monitor project schedules and progress, identifying and escalating potential issues where required
- Work closely with supervisors, contractors and internal stakeholders to coordinate upcoming works and resolve scheduling challenges
- Maintain accurate project records and support project reporting and close-out activities
- Coordinate contractors, service providers and supporting resources to enable safe and efficient project delivery
- Ensure project information is accurately maintained across systems and documentation is completed within required timeframes

The scope of work includes the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission and distribution network, as well as the maintenance of large and complex assets servicing metropolitan, regional and remote communities across WA.
