What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Trade Repair team with day-to-day administration tasks
- Ordering and tracking repair parts
- Assisting with job scheduling and work order management
- Maintaining records and updating information in company systems
- Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to keep work progressing
- Assisting with inventory and purchasing activities
About you
- We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Previous administration or coordination experience is advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Eligibility Requirements
Due to Defence security requirements, applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (NV1)
