About the Opportunity
Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are seeking an experienced, detail driven and customer focused Inspections Program Manager to lead the planning, governance and quality assurance of inspections across a diverse state wide asset portfolio.
This permanent full time role is based in Adelaide and is central to ensuring the effective delivery of our inspection programs, supporting safety, compliance and operational excellence while keeping the client at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and day to day delivery of the inspection program.
- Resolve program delivery issues through proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with Data and Analytics teams to ensure accurate data, structured reporting and compliance with governance requirements.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of inspection targets, progress and corrective actions.
- Build strong customer and agency relationships through proactive communication and timely support.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with SHEQ, risk and governance standards while modelling Ventia’s values.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in project management, business planning or inspection/maintenance program environments.
- Strong reporting capability, including confidence using Power BI, spreadsheets and similar tools.
- Proven planning, scheduling and stakeholder engagement skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication, analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Leadership capability and confidence managing program level deliverables.
