Due to internal promotion, we’re currently seeking an experienced Training and Fleet Coordinator to be part of a dynamic workforce delivering essential services across WA. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage site-specific training plans, inductions and schedules
- Coordinate training delivery with Western Power, external providers and Ventia’s Learning team
- Maintain accurate records of training, licences and competencies
- Conduct training needs analysis and ensure compliance with site and emergency requirements
- Drive continuous improvement by updating training resources and processes
- Manage fleet maintenance schedules, repairs, fuel cards and compliance
- Liaise with suppliers, leasers and drivers to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs

What we’re looking for:
- We’re seeking a qualified and professional Training and Fleet Coordinator who brings a strong track record, relevant expertise, and a collaborative mindset to the team, along with:
- Strong administrative or coordination background
- Proficiency with MS Office and systems (SHEQ, VisRes, MS Project – highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A can do attitude and strong relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable but not essential)

The scope of work will include the delivery of maintenance services across Western Power's transmission, distribution network and the maintenance of large complex assets, whilst servicing customers in city centres, regional and remote communities.
