Ventia is seeking an experienced Rig Manager to lead safe, efficient and high‑performing well‑service operations on Barrow Island. This role is responsible for delivering strong safety outcomes, operational excellence, and effective leadership across the rig workforce

Requirements
- Experience as Rig Manager
- FIFO availability from Perth.
- Certificate IV Diploma Well Servicing Operation or equivalent.
- Open Manual Driver’s Licence (car or higher).
- Australian-based well servicing experience.
- Valid Level 4 Supervisor BOP Ticket.
