Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Work Order Administratorto join the team.
The Works Order Administrator supports road maintenance delivery by managing work orders, systems and records to ensure accurate and timely information is available to operational and planning teams. The role is central to effective coordination and reporting across the maintenance program.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Create, update and close work orders within maintenance management systems
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and supporting data
- Support planning and operations teams with reporting and coordination
- Monitor workflow status and follow up outstanding actions
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Experience in administration roles within maintenance, construction or infrastructure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer‑based maintenance or work management systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
