Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Project Manager- Planned Maintenance to join the team.
The Project Manager – Planned Maintenance is responsible for managing planned road maintenance projects from early planning through to delivery and completion. The role ensures works are executed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to road users and the community.
You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers while managing program, cost and risk across multiple work packages.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenongoffice.
Role responsibilities:
- Manage scope, program, budget and delivery of planned maintenance projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Lead project reporting, cost tracking and schedule management
- Manage risks, issues and stakeholder interactions
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Project management experience in road, civil or infrastructure works
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts concurrently
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field
- White Card and driver’s licence
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
