Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Senior Planner / Scheduler to join the team.
The Senior Planner / Scheduler develops and manages detailed maintenance and works schedules to support safe and efficient delivery of road maintenance activities. The role plays a key part in balancing priorities, resources and timing across a live network.
You will work closely with operational teams to monitor progress, adjust schedules and support coordinated delivery outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed work programs and schedules
- Monitor progress and update plans as required
- Support coordination between planning and operations
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Experience in planning or scheduling roles
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field.
- White Card and driver’s licence.
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
