Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Community / Stakeholder Liaison Officerto join the team.
The Community / Stakeholder Liaison Officer manages communication with local communities and stakeholders regarding maintenance and works activities. The role supports positive engagement, clear communication and minimisation of disruption.
You will act as a key interface between delivery teams and the community.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholder and community communications related to maintenance and works
- Respond to enquiries and coordinate notifications
- Support planning and operational teams with engagement activities
- Maintain records of interactions and commitments
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement or communications roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive issues in operational environments
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
