Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join the team.
The Planning Manager leads the development and coordination of maintenance and works programs across the road network. The role focuses on forward planning, scheduling and coordination to support efficient delivery and minimise disruption to road users.
You will lead planners and schedulers while working closely with operations, construction and safety teams to align planning with on‑ground delivery.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling and coordination activities
- Develop forward maintenance and works programs
- Coordinate with operations, safety and delivery teams
- Drive planning performance and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Planning experience within infrastructure or maintenance environments
- Strong analytical and coordination capability
- Experience using planning or scheduling systems
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field.
- White Card and driver’s licence.
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
