Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the team.
The Project Engineer provides technical and delivery support to planned maintenance and construction activities across the road network. The role supports project teams with engineering input, coordination and problem solving throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You will work closely with project managers, supervisors and site teams to ensure works are delivered to specification and in line with safety and quality requirements.
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.
Role responsibilities:
- Provide engineering and technical input to project delivery
- Support planning, programming and documentation
- Assist with quality assurance and compliance
- Support site teams and project managers
About You
To be successful in your application, you will have:
- Civil engineering qualification
- Experience in road or civil infrastructure projects
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field
- White Card and driver’s licence
- Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
