About the Role
In this role you will be hands on in supporting the Arrow Energy telecommunications infrastructure program. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the delivery of greenfield telecommunications tower and communications asset projects within a highly regulated gas field environment.
As the Field Manager you will be the key leader on site, driving safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and field crews to achieve project outcomes
- Planning and scheduling resources, plant, and materials
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Conducting toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments, and safety reviews
- Monitoring project progress, reporting performance, and managing variations
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Driving productivity while maintaining Ventia's commitment to safety excellence
Required Skills and Experience
You will be a respected leader who thrives in a complex field environment and is able to confidently manage multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in telecommunications (particularly telco rigging activities) and civil construction
- Experience delivering greenfield telecommunications tower projects
- Understanding of lift planning, tower rescue requirements, and working at heights environments
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site-based construction activities
- Strong client facing communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent planning, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft suite)
- Relevant trade qualifications and significant industry knowledge
- Current drivers licence and construction white card
