Ventia is seeking a Site Engineer to join our NBN Demand Program, supporting the delivery of new broadband connections across apartment developments, residential estates and major new communities. About the role
As a Site Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of NBN projects by coordinating schedules, stakeholders, contractors and project milestones.
Additionally, you'll:
- Assist with project scheduling, resource coordination and milestone reporting
- Manage work orders, material logistics and project documentation through work management systems
- Monitor approvals, project costs, delays and key client deliverables
- Liaise with contractors, supervisors, clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Investigate and resolve scheduling, construction and technical issues as they arise
- Track project performance and ensure KPI and program milestones are achieved
About you
- Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or similar project delivery role, ideally within construction, infrastructure or telecommunications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, contractors and project teams
- Ideally based in Victoria, however open to applicants nationally
