About the Role
You will primarily support the site as a Stores person, with additional responsibility as a Scheduler. This is a hands-on, fast paced role where no two days are the same.
Stores person (Primary Function):
- Order parts and materials for reactive maintenance and project works.
- Receive deliveries, manage stock, and maintain organised storerooms.
- Manual handling up to 20kg with the assistance of trolleys and pallet jacks.
- Conduct annual stocktake.
- Liaise regularly with the finance team and internal trades.
Scheduler (Secondary Function):
- Allocate work orders and schedule tasks using CMMS (QFM).
- Prioritise and assign maintenance jobs to internal trades within required timeframes.
- Support efficient workflow coordination across the hospital site.
About you
- Experience in inventory, stores, or warehousing.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communicator who works well within a team environment.
