About the roles
You will lead a high performing finance team across a diverse telecommunications portfolio, delivering high quality financial reporting, forecasting and insights while strengthening processes, supporting automation initiatives, and partnering with the business to enable better decision making.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly results, forecasting, budgeting and WIP reviews to support accurate financial performance.
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights that influence operational and commercial decision making.
- Strengthen financial processes, improve standardisation and champion automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, strong financial controls and high quality reporting across complex contract environments.
- Collaborate closely with project and commercial teams to drive performance uplift and support continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Strong financial management experience in complex, multi contract environments.
- People leadership experience within finance.
- Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure or technical project environments.
- Strong technical accounting capability and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP and financial modelling/Power BI preferred.
- Interest or experience in process automation, workflow optimisation, or finance systems transformation.
- Comfort working in data rich, fast paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
