School Cleaning Supervisor
Permanent Full‑Time | Sunshine Coast
Ventia is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across two school campuses on the Sunshine Coast.

Role Details
Salary: $72,500 TFR
Start: ASAP
Work Locations:
• Peregian Springs
• Mountain Creek
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
At least once per month:
– 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM
– 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support cleaning teams across two school sites
Allocate tasks, oversee quality, and ensure standards are met
Maintain high hygiene, safety, and presentation levels
Train and mentor new and existing staff
Conduct site inspections and report issues
Assist with hands‑on cleaning when required
Manage stock levels, equipment, and supplies

What You Need
• Experience in cleaning
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid Blue Card
• Recent National Police Check
• Ability to complete physical cleaning tasks
• Current driver’s licence + reliable transport
