- Salary: $93,249 plus 12% Super & Benefits.
About the role:
This role is focussed on designing, developing, publishing and optimising brand and service content experiences to improve community perceptions, uplift customer satisfaction and to drive behaviour change. You will play a key role in delivering high quality and engaging website content updates, while providing content support across other digital and offline communications touch points.

What the role will involve:
- Working as part of the wider Marketing & Digital section, collaborating with content specialists and business stakeholders to deliver customer‑centric content aligned with our brand voice, identity and content governance frameworks.
- Creating and publishing engaging written and visual content for our website, social media and other customer communications, such as posters, letters and SMS.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively enhance content experiences within agreed timeframes, applying accessibility and readability best practices. This includes supporting internal stakeholders with periodic website content updates and the content aspects of project briefs.
- Leveraging user research and analytics to make data‑driven decisions to frame, structure and optimise content across multiple channels.
- Applying SEO best practice to content planning and delivery to support our organic search and artificial intelligence strategy.
- Supporting daily business content requests and advising on content best practice and realistic timeframes.
Your skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for great talent with:
- You’ll be a go‑getter with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and a strong desire to collaborate for continuous improvement.
- Considerable experience in developing and coordinating engaging written and visual content across a variety of print and digital platforms, informed by interpreting analytics and reporting insights.
- A tertiary‑level qualification in digital experience, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
- Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and an understanding of how to apply website accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search performance through content.
- Relevant experience using content management systems (CMS), such as Sitecore.
- Experience using content performance measurement tools, including Siteimprove, Google Analytics and social media management tools such as Sprinklr, is favourable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience with martech and workflow management tools such as Jira, Monday.com and Salesforce is highly regarded.
- Highly organised and astute, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
- Excellent attention to detail, with high standards for spelling and grammar.
- Relevant experience applying brand guidelines and aligning content to corporate style guides.
