About the Role
Bring your leadership to a role where you can drive improvement, build capability and create lasting impact. We have an opportunity for an experienced and driven Logistics Manager to lead our Procurement, Subcontracts and Inventory teams based in Toowoomba.
In this role, you will oversee end to end supply chain operations, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant and cost effective delivery across multiple business units. You will play a key leadership role in driving performance, strengthening governance, and delivering high quality outcomes that support our operational teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Procurement, Subcontracts and Inventory teams, driving performance and accountability
- Oversee end to end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing and distribution
- Ensure stock accuracy, inventory optimisation and availability of critical materials across multiple sites
- Drive strong governance and ensure compliance with safety, risk, quality and environmental requirements
- Manage supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure value, reliability and quality outcomes
- Lead stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance, including cost, service, and efficiency metrics
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce risk
About You
- Proven experience leading supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory functions in a complex environment
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of building and developing high performing teams
- Experience across end to end procurement and inventory management practices
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, balancing compliance with practical outcomes
- Advanced understanding of inventory control, stock optimisation and supply risk management
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem solving capability and attention to detail
