Salary -$99,938 - $110, 271pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 5/6)

Your role
As a Community Corrections Officer, you will work directly with offenders in a community setting to support rehabilitation, reduce reoffending and enhance community safety.
You will assess individual needs and risks, develop tailored case plans, prepare reports for relevant authorities, and recommend programs and services that support positive behavioural change.

What you’ll do
You will also-
- Supervise and case manage offenders serving community-based orders.
- Conduct assessments to identify risks, needs and intervention opportunities.
- Develop and monitor individualised case plans that support rehabilitation outcomes.
- Facilitate behaviour change through structured interventions and offender programs.
- Build strong partnerships with local service providers, government agencies and community organisations.
- Support compliance with court and parole conditions while balancing offender needs and community safety.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a mandatory four-week, in-person, paid training program at our Brush Farm Academy, which is a key component of the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice curriculum.
