Our Ventia Graduate Program is designed to turn potential into performance. This tailored two-year program provides experience across diverse, projects through 4 structured one on one rotations.
Our graduate roles offer a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience across a range of business critical projects and initiatives, contributing to meaningful outcomes that support our clients, communities, and operations. Designed to accelerate your development, the program will expose you to real world challenges, innovative solutions, and practical learning opportunities, fast tracking your transition from university to the professional world. You will be supported by a senior mentor and a dedicated graduate buddy, you'll be guided every step of the way as you gain real work experience and make a real impact across the communities and industries we serve.

Ventia offers exciting graduate opportunities across the following disciplines:
Engineering: Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Environmental Engineering
Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ): Occupational Health & Safety, Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Hygiene - graduates from other disciplines may also be considered where a genuine interest in SHEQ is demonstrated through the application process and assessment outcomes.
Project Management: Project Management, Construction Management, Business (Project Management) and Engineering.
Asset Management: Engineering (any discipline), Asset or Infrastructure Management, Commerce or Business (Asset, Finance or Operations focus).
Finance & Accounting: Commerce (Finance or Accounting), Accounting, Finance or Financial Planning.
Business & Commerce: Business, Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration.
Data Science & Analytics, IT & AI: Data Science, Analytics or Business Analytics, Statistics / Mathematics (data focused), Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science (AI Major), Artificial Intelligence or Data Science (AI/Machine Learning Focus)

To be eligible for the Ventia Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Successfully completed relevant undergraduate degree in the last two years or be in your final semester of study.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Permanent residency, or Graduate Visa 485 (valid until the end of 2028).
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the rotation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects, initiatives, and operational activities that contribute to business objectives.
- Analyse information and apply problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, insights, and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and the development of business processes, systems, and solutions.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes while building technical and professional capabilities.

- Demonstrated initiative and commitment to personal and professional development through leadership, extracurricular activities, certifications, competitions, volunteering, or personal projects.
