- Operational Leadership & Service Delivery
- Oversee real‑time coordination of emergency faults, incidents, and high‑priority work orders.
- Lead proactive jeopardy management to ensure all tasks meet or exceed contractual SLAs.
- Support and mentor Dispatch Operators, providing guidance and real-time problem-solving.
- Manage short-notice absences and operational gaps to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Drive continuous compliance with agreed processes across all VOC activities.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a senior operational contact for client representatives during live events and escalations.
- Ensure worklogs and system updates are accurate, transparent and reflect real-time progress.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with field staff, supervisors, vendors and client groups.

- Experience in a fast-paced operations, dispatch, coordination or control room environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, direct and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining calm, clarity and accuracy.
- Solid computer skills, particularly MS Office and operational systems.
- A proactive mindset with strong situational awareness and decision-making capability.
