About the Opportunity
Ventia delivers the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are hiring a highly organised and detail-focused Governance Reporting Officer to support Governance activities, meeting coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and administrative functions across the AGFMA program.
This permanent full-time role is based in South Australia and plays an important part in supporting Governance processes, ensuring high quality documentation, and contributing to positive engagement across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Governance meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, action items and distributing documentation to stakeholders.
- Collate, analyse and interpret data to contribute to accurate Governance and operational reporting.
- Maintain effective administrative processes, ensuring continuous improvement and strong record management.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support AGFMA events and business initiatives, including expos, leadership activities and corporate programs.
- Provide administrative support to the AGFMA Leadership team as required.
Skills and Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare accurate and professional documentation.
- Experience in an administrative, reporting or Governance support role within a customer focused environment.
- Proven ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly while working to tight timeframes.
- High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem solving capability, and a strong customer service mindset.
